The Maumee is not only scenic, but also provides some of the best stream fishing in Ohio. Boaters have access to the river while history buffs may explore the remnants of the old canal.

importantInformation WINTER CAMPING OPERATIONS: The Mary Jane Thurston State Park campground will remain open during the off-season. Limited electric and non-electric campsites will be available on a walk-in basis (no reservations) from 11/1/16 to 3/30/17. The shower house, dump station, and water will not be available during this time. Please follow the self-registration instructions located at the kiosk between sites 2 and 3 upon arrival. Thank you.
